1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and a999 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). They apply to all services offered through the a999 website at a999.bz and through the a999 mobile application, including sports betting, Live Casino, Bingo, Fish Games, Slots and any other gaming or entertainment products we make available.

Access to and use of a999 is conditional on your full acceptance of these Terms. 2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that:

3. Account Registration

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and PKR Transactions

All transactions on a999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not charge players any fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank, etc.) may have their own fee structure which is outside a999's control.

a999 currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — Pakistan's most widely used mobile wallet; deposits are typically instant.
• Easypaisa — Telenor's mobile payment service; widely available across Pakistan.
• Raast — SBP's instant interbank payment system; fast and fee-free within Pakistan's banking network.
• Bank Transfer — Direct transfers to and from Pakistani bank accounts.
• Debit / Credit Cards — Visa and Mastercard issued by Pakistani banks.
• Mobile Wallets — Other supported digital wallets as listed on the deposit page.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. You may only withdraw to payment methods registered in your own name. a999 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

a999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. We aim to process verified withdrawal requests as quickly as possible, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any pending verification requirements on your account.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

a999 offers various bonus promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, Cricket match specials during PSL season, Bingo promos and app-exclusive mobile offers. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions which will be published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.

General bonus terms that apply across all a999 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only, as defined in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim period; expired bonuses will not be reinstated.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated in that promotion's terms.
• a999 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer from a player's account if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the player is exploiting the promotion in bad faith, using multiple accounts, or engaging in any activity that constitutes bonus abuse.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses and free bets are non-transferable and carry no cash value until wagering requirements have been met in full.

a999 monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting with other accounts, low-risk cover betting designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, and use of bots or automated systems. Players found to be abusing bonus offers will have their accounts reviewed and may have bonuses voided and accounts suspended.

6. Sports Betting Rules

a999 offers sports betting markets including Cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, ICC events, domestic fixtures), Football, Esports and other sports as listed on the Sports page. All bets are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets can only be placed on markets that are currently open. Once a market is suspended or closed, no further bets will be accepted on that market.
• All odds are displayed and settled in decimal format. The stake is included in any displayed odds returns calculation.
• Bets are void if the event is abandoned, postponed beyond a period of 24 hours from the original start time, or if the event outcome cannot be determined for reasons beyond either team's control — unless the specific sport rules state otherwise.
• In the event of a clear pricing error — where odds have been published that are obviously incorrect due to a technical fault — a999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Live (in-play) betting is available on selected markets. In-play odds can change rapidly; the odds accepted at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds your bet will be settled at.
• a999 reserves the right to limit bet amounts or restrict market access for any individual player at our discretion.

For Cricket specifically: Dead ball decisions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments and other Cricket-specific match situations will be governed by the Cricket-specific rules published in the a999 Sports Rules section. Players are advised to read these rules before placing Cricket bets to understand how specific match scenarios affect settlement.

7. Casino, Bingo and Games

a999 offers Live Casino, Bingo rooms, Fish Games, Slots and other gaming products. All games are provided by certified third-party game developers and use verified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair outcomes.

• Game results are determined by RNG systems that are independently tested and certified for fairness.
• Each game displays its Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the theoretical long-term return. RTP does not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Live Casino games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments with live dealers.
• Bingo rooms operate on scheduled game timetables. Tickets must be purchased before the game closes; late entries are not permitted.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered — this adds an extra layer of security to your account.
• Never respond to emails, messages or calls claiming to be from a999 and asking for your password or PIN.

a999 will not be held liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their account credentials voluntarily or negligently. If account compromise is reported promptly and our investigation confirms unauthorised access, a999 will take appropriate action to protect your remaining account balance.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the a999 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account per person or household.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised or third-party payment methods to deposit funds.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in any a999 game or platform feature.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any form of corruption related to events offered on the a999 sportsbook.
• Using the a999 platform for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing a999 support staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.
• Colluding with other players in Casino games or any other form of organised cheating.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

a999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at our discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• A player has violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent, suspicious or prohibited activity is detected on the account.
• A player has failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A player has self-excluded and subsequently attempts to open a new account or access the platform.
• A player is found to be under 18 years of age.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the a999 support team. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completed verification.

If an account is closed by a999 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited at a999's discretion depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

11. Limitation of Liability

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

• a999 is not liable for any loss of data resulting from player-side hardware or software failures.
• Our maximum liability to any player in any circumstances is limited to the real-money balance held in that player's account at the time of the relevant incident.
• a999 does not accept liability for indirect, consequential or special losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits a999's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
